We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days after purchase only with unopened packages accompanied by a receipt and an email address valid at the time of purchase. This information will facilitate access to your purchase and improve the return process.
Please note that seasonal products (for example, Christmas items, Easter, Thanksgiving, Valentine’s Day, Halloween, including costumes, can be changed up to 15 days before the holidays, without opening only with receipt )

WHAT IS THE HALLOWEEN RETURN POLICY OF THE PARTYHOUSEONLINE.COM STORE?

Accept returns and changes for Halloween costumes, decorations and accessories of October 20 of each year in celebration with your receipt of shipment and receipt of purchase.
