Dip pretzel rods. Melt yellow Candy Melts candy in dipping container according to package directions. Dip pretzel rod about 2/3 of the way into melted yellow candy. Tap gently to smooth and remove excess candy. Place pretzel on parchment-covered board. Chill until firm, about 10 to 15 minutes.

Step 2
Cover body with candy. Place pretzel rods on cooling grid over parchment. Melt blue Candy Melts candy in decorating bag according to package directions. Cut small point off of bag. Use melted blue candy to cover bottom half of yellow area on pretzel. Tap to smooth and remove excess candy. Chill until firm.

Step 3
Attach icing decorations. Use melted yellow candy to attach icing decorations. Chill until firm, about 3 to 5 minutes.
